Leads from the form you put on your own website are listed on the Leads screen with name, phone, the page they came from and their status; the board view sorts them into New, Called, Qualified and Closed. For a lead from the form, you do not have to remember whom you called.
Quote tracking
Every quote sits in the Quotes list with its number, subject, customer, validity date, amount and status. You see which quote is about to expire without searching old messages.
Rental contract
In the panel you write the contract for a home you let: the increase type for the rent, the deposit and the guarantor share one form. You get the printout as a PDF from the contract's detail screen.
Sales contract clauses
You write the sales contract clauses once in the panel and change their order. Seller, buyer, property and sale price sit in the clauses as variables.
Customers, owners and tenants
Add a prospective buyer to Customers, a property owner to Owners and a tenant to Tenants. All three lists show name, phone, email and tag side by side, so you stop hunting for names in your phone's contacts.

What is real estate agent software, and what is it for?
Real estate agent software keeps an agent's portfolio, customer leads, the quotes they gave and the contracts they wrote in one place. In Bi'Emlak, properties, leads, quotes, rental contracts and sales sit in separate lists; you find a property by its file number and a person by name or phone. That way you do not carry in your head whose property it is and which lead is at which stage.
What is Bi'Emlak, and what does it do for a real estate agent?
Bi'Emlak is cloud-based real estate software that keeps an agent's property portfolio, leads from their website, quotes, rental contracts and sales in one panel. An agent who works alone sees in the panel whose property it is, which lead has been called and which rental contract has fewer than 30 days left. It does not post listings to sahibinden, hepsiemlak or emlakjet, and it does not match a lead to a property automatically.
I work alone; is the membership right for me?
Yes, the membership works for one person too. The 12-month membership includes 10 users and 1,200 SMS and WhatsApp messages; you use one of the users yourself and add another when an assistant or a second agent joins you. You cancel when you want and the remaining months are refunded.
Can I send my listing from Bi'Emlak to sahibinden, hepsiemlak or emlakjet?
No. Bi'Emlak does not post listings to portals and does not update a listing on a portal; you place the listing from the portal's own panel. What sits in Bi'Emlak is that property's portfolio record: file number, owner, type and status.
Does it automatically match the home a customer wants with the properties in my portfolio?
No, within the scope described today there is no automatic matching. The Leads screen keeps a lead with name, phone, the page it came from and its status; it does not suggest properties by the features of the home being sought. You look for a suitable property in the portfolio list yourself.
Can I keep my viewing appointments on a calendar?
Yes. A viewing appointment coming from your web page is written to the office's calendar; connect Google Calendar and it lands in your own phone calendar too. You track the stage of a lead on the Leads board in the New, Called, Qualified and Closed columns.
Is there a mobile app I can download to my phone?
No, there is no Bi'Emlak app on the App Store or Google Play. The panel is cloud-based; you open it in a browser and sign in with your own account.
Can I prepare a rental contract in the panel and get a printout?
Yes. You write the rental contract in the panel and get the printout with the Download PDF button on its detail screen. The form has fields for the increase type for the rent (such as tied to the consumer price index TÜFE, a fixed amount or a percentage), the deposit and the guarantor.
Can I prepare the sales contract with my own clauses?
Yes. You add the sales contract clauses in the panel yourself and change their order by moving them up and down. You put variables into the clauses for seller, buyer, sale price and bank details; these variables are filled with the real values when the contract PDF is created.
Does it value a property or run a comparables analysis?
No. Bi'Emlak does not value a property and does not produce a comparables or area analysis. It keeps your portfolio, website leads, quotes and contracts; you decide what the property is worth.
Do notifications to customers go out on WhatsApp?
Yes, a notification goes out on WhatsApp first; if it does not get through, it is sent by SMS. Sending the message under your own business name needs setup. Instagram and Messenger are coming soon.
