The portfolio's position, the moment you open the panel.
The status breakdown of properties, the last six months' sales volume and pending approvals on one screen. You do not wait for anyone to prepare a report.
Who it is for
For offices wanting a regular view of the portfolio's overall position, who have to explain that position to an owner or a partner.
- Offices losing the overall picture as the portfolio grows
- Agents giving owners regular updates
- Office owners following the sales of several agents
- Anyone tracking the position of an investment portfolio
Portfolio breakdown
How many properties are for sale, how many are let and how many have sold shows in a doughnut chart. The number in the middle gives the total count.
- Each status is its own slice, with its count and percentage beside it
- The total number of properties sits in the middle
- If there are many statuses, the small ones collect under Other
- The colours derive from the brand's own colour; no mixed palette is used
Monthly sales volume
The completed sale value of the last six months sits in a bar chart. The month you are in is highlighted, and the change against the previous period is written above it.
- The last six months, with the newest month highlighted
- Total amount and change rate above the chart
- Only completed sales are counted; ones still in progress do not enter
- If there are no sales, the chart arrives with an empty-state message
Pending approvals
Sales that have started but not completed sit in a list. Which property, which customer, what amount; you move from a row straight to the sale's detail.
- Property, customer, amount and status together
- The newest record at the top
- Moving from a row to the sale detail
- The See all link takes you to the sales list
History per property
Alongside the overall picture you can also look at a single property's history. The tabs on the property card hold that property's transactions and payment plan.
- The property's payment plan: due dates, what has been paid, what is late
- The property's summary cards: dues, open balance, last payment
- The fixtures list in the inventory tab
- Agreement status and end date
What changes
The position becomes something you look at rather than ask about.
Frequently asked
Does the dashboard appear on every account?
The estate agency sales panel appears if a sales department is defined on your account. If it is not, the section does not come at all; we set this up together during installation.
Can I export the report to Excel?
There is no export on the estate agency dashboard at the moment; the report is read on screen. Export is available on the accounting-side reports.
Do sales still in progress count towards sales volume?
No, only completed sales are counted. You see the ones in progress separately in the pending approvals section.
How many months of history are shown?
The sales volume chart covers the last six months. If you want to look at a single property's history, you reach it from the tabs on the property card.
Is there a report per agent?
The agent is recorded on the sale and appears in the list. There is no separate per-agent report screen at the moment; let's discuss your needs during the demo call.
