The pages come in two groups. The calculators are quick enough to open while a client is in front of you: you type the figure, you read the result. The contract guide is a text to read in the office and use as a checklist on every contract.
The rent increase tool puts the renewal period's figure on screen, and most of the objection is over before it starts. The commission tool sets out the buyer and seller sides separately, with VAT. The contract guide shows the headings that come back to the office later, deposit, guarantor, increase and vacating, while the contract is still being made.
The pieces were written for the office owner, the agent carrying their own portfolio and the lettings side; the calculations can be done by hand and the checks can live on paper. The name Bi'Emlak appears once, at the very end.
