Start wherever the office is struggling.
Property portfolio management is not one screen but several jobs that follow each other. The headings below follow the office's daily flow in order: portfolio, parties, agreement, sale, payment, report.
All of it is part of one panel; the headings correspond to different jobs in the office. Smaller topics such as the property inventory sit inside the related page, and the office's own site is described on the portfolio management page.
Where to start?
This page does not count features, it suggests a reading order. If you are opening an office or moving your portfolio out of a spreadsheet, read from the beginning: portfolio management describes the list everything else is built on. If you have a system and only one part is jamming, go straight to that heading; the pages read independently.
The order follows the office's flow. Portfolio management and the owners and tenants pages set up the inventory; tenancy agreements and property sales cover the paperwork, commission tracking the earnings, and payment tracking the due dates. When the month closes, portfolio reports bring the property breakdown and sales volume into the same panel.
Which question sits on which page: what do I have is portfolio management, whose property is this is owners and tenants, when does this agreement end is tenancy agreements, what did we earn on this sale is commission tracking, who has not paid is the payments page.
