Let who holds a share in which property show on one card.
Owners and tenants are kept separately. Open one person's card and the properties they hold a share in, their contracts, payment history and balance are all on the same screen.
Who it is for
For offices working with the same person across several properties, who need to track who owns what and who still owes what.
- Estate agencies managing jointly owned properties
- Anyone tracking several properties belonging to the same owner
- Letting offices wanting to keep tenant history
- Residential complex and building management
Ownership with share ratios
A property can have more than one owner, and their shares may not be equal. When recording the property you add the owners with their percentage shares, and the total cannot exceed one hundred.
- Each owner's share is separate: 60% / 40%, for example
- The same person cannot be added twice; the system warns you
- If the shares add up to more than one hundred percent, the record is not completed
- Owners are listed on the property card with their share and their phone number
Everything on one person's card
Open an owner's or a tenant's card and everything from their personal details to their balance is on the same screen. You move between tabs to look at their history.
- Personal details, financial status and recent notes at the top
- Transactions tab: past receipts, newest first
- Accounting tab: the account statement with a running balance
- Contracts tab: the tenancy agreements tied to that person
- Notes tab: meeting notes, which you can add and delete
- Documents tab: files belonging to the person, downloadable in one go
Owners and tenants in separate lists
Owners and tenants are different roles on the same customer record. You enter them from separate lists, but the same person can be both an owner and a tenant; their record is kept once.
- Owners and Tenants are separate menu headings
- The same person can appear in both roles without a duplicate record
- You move straight from the list to the person's card
- Clicking an owner or tenant name on the property card takes you to the same card
Adding a payment from inside the card
When you take a payment you can enter it from the person's card. Balance and total revenue are updated from the system's own record, not by calculation.
- A payment is entered with Add Payment at the top of the card
- The financial status card holds the balance and total revenue together
- No calculation happens on screen; the amounts come from the record
- In the account statement you move from the transaction type to the source document

Who is who and who owns what stops being something you search for.
Frequently asked
Can a property have more than one owner?
Yes. You add each owner with their percentage share, for example 60% and 40%. If the shares add up to more than one hundred percent, the system will not complete the record.
Can the same person be both an owner and a tenant?
Yes. The roles are held on the same customer record, so no duplicate is created. The person appears in both lists but has a single card.
Can I see a tenant's payment history?
Yes. The Transactions tab on the person's card shows past receipts, and the Accounting tab shows the account statement with a running balance.
Does the system calculate the balance?
The amounts come from the system's own record; no calculation happens on screen. That way you never see a different figure on two different screens.
Can I store files belonging to a person?
Yes. Files tied to a person sit in the Documents tab and you can download them all in one go.
