Can I record a jointly owned property with shares?
Yes. Each owner carries their own share, and a total above one hundred per cent is refused.
Do I enter rent due dates by hand?
No. Approving the contract creates the payment plan, with tenant and owner sides in separate tables.
Can I take commission from both sides?
Yes. Choose the commission side and the invoices are created when the sale is completed.
How many users does the membership include for my agents?
